Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College is one of the premier colleges in the state of Georgia. The College was founded in 1908 as the Second District A&M School. With more than 3,000 students, 1,200 of which live on campus, ABAC provides quality practical education to a diverse group of students. With an abundance of student organizations, a wide-ranging music program, and a variety of intercollegiate and intramural athletic teams, there are many ways for students to get involved and develop a deeper connection with their college. Come visit Tift Hall and take a walk through the history of ABAC. The walls are filled with historic panels and the History Room has many interesting artifacts you wouldn't expect to find.
